This Milestone allowed each team member to have a chance to understand the real life calculations made in creating customized, patient specific hip implants.

During this experience, I was in charge of finalizing the submission meaning writing down the calculations neatly on paper. However, one main issue I encountered was doing the calculations themselves.

<aside> ✅ Whenever a question arises it is important to clarify it before continuing to avoid miscommunication.

• did not understand the calculations my other group members were doing
• instead of clarifying, decided to take up a role that did not require understanding; copying down the information
• as I was apart of the coding team, this lack of clarification made it very difficult for me later on when I needed to do the calculations myself

To move forward, instead of looking for instant gratification in submitting worksheets, I will aim to understand the content and question each step of the way.
