Overall, the second design project taught me a lot about group work and collaboration. While I played a passive role in the first project, I became a leader in the second. However, it was difficult for me to adjust to this new role. I realized that I often held too much confidence in myself and not enough confidence in my team members. I found that open communication helped me a a great deal. When I was able to share my own opinions as well as hear others, I found myself being more excited about the end product and more committed to its success.

To move forward, I would continue striving for leadership roles. I will also become a more active and participating team member with more time management.
